vertical splitters / mergers for pipes#147

I would love it if pipes could split while going up or down, it’d make designs far more compact

While slightly more convenient it would be, I don’t see it as necessary. It seems like a lot of effort coding it in for little payout, plus current pipe routing gets me to think about how I want to layout my pipes. And something about the pipe routing working the same as conveyor belt routing just makes that small part in my brain happy.
