Add Inverted Swapper#2218

Rather than swapping the west halves, swap the east halves, So, assuming the swapper is outputting north, instead of outputting EW WE, output WE EW. Change the side the blue is on for the visuals to match with it.

I thought swappers were input agnostic until like 50 hours in when I flipped a blueprint and it just didn’t feel like working. I feel like everything should be flippable.

Nevermind, I couldn’t find a flipping example that broke after this (but I swear it happened before blah blah something something).
