Add ability to pin the randomized goal shapes#2248

In order to track my progress towards the randomized shape goals, I have to keep opening up the Operator menu just to see my totals. It would be nice if I could pin any of the Operator milestone shape goals just for easy tracking.

Yes, it would be nice for all Operator shapes. In case you want to strengthen the production of some older ones, not only those random end game shapes.

I want to watch the machine while I watch the shape and count of the current ROS goal in the UI.
