Let Foundations be upgraded without needing to re-place buildings#2283

For example, I would like to be able to upgrade a 1x1 Foundation to a 1x2 Foundation by placing the 1x2 over it. This would add the extra space to the side, and keep the buildings where they are.

This is a nice QoL

I sort of prefer it work like adding a belt segment … so if you have the larger platforms unlocked you can use a 1x1 to increase the size to a 1x2 /2x1 by placing a 1x1 next to it … maybe include holding a key or someting Just incase that’s not what you want
