Make train stops conditionally release trains#2503
It would be great to be able to set trainstops to release train when a given minimum or maximum of filled floors accross all wagons is reached.
Of course some logic would allow better granularity (per wagon) in control but the min/max suggestion would be a first step requiring lvery little development.
