More Uses for Research Points#2968

It would be nice if there were more things to buy with RP, since you continue to earn them even after buying all upgrades. Maybe cosmetic options?

Or added belt speeds. When maxed it still takes quite a bit of time to fill a train. To the point where i sometimes just use space belts for greater distances.
