Bug: Tab rotates blueprints on hotbar#5078

1. Add a folder of blueprints to the hotbar.
2. Select the folder in the hotbar so the first blueprint is able to be placed.
3. Press tab so the next blueprint is now shown.

Each press of tab can change the rotation of the shown blueprint.

You can effect this behavior by resaving a blueprint in a different rotation.

For example I have 2 blueprints in a folder saved to 2 on the hotbar.
Both saved so they’re outputs are facing North.
I press 2 and the first blueprint is facing North.
I press tab and the second blueprint is facing West.
I press tab again back to the first and it’s facing East now.
Tab again and the second is facing North now.
