Let us pin operator shapes before unlock, and let us pin any shape, and unpin milestone shapes#5100

Would be incredibly helpful in manufacturing mode when redesigning a part of the factory and you need to reference the shape needed for a specific trade station, but currently you need to go select the trade station to see the shape(s) you are working on.

It’d be nice if we could pin all 5 steps of a Milestone shape, too. The current step is alright, but sometimes it’s easy to forget to accomodate for a later step in the process (in a way that’s harder to do for jobs because you can view all the steps at once while designing).
