merge yellow alerts in space mode#5137

Make a bunch of yellow belt alerts on a platform, then zoom out. They blend into an ugly mess that isn’t clearly an alert. If you copy and paste that platform, you end up with a lot of unclear blobs.

How about instead, just merge all the alerts in a single space tile into a single icon? Would look nicer.
