Anyway, unlike regular gameplay where asteroids have an infinite number of shapes, this challenge makes it more similar to Factorio where resource patches have a limit.
Asteroids further away from the vortex have more richness, or in other words have a higher maximum capacity for mining before running out. There could also possibly be a new stat for asteroid richness to increase it for patches closer to the vortex.
