Belt filter codex entry is misleading#5188

In the codex, the belt filter description states “If the signal is a Number Signal, the filter acts as a gate and will only forward shapes if the signal is not 0.” This is misleading, as it also states “If the signal is Null or Conflict, the filter does not forward any shapes.” This makes it sound as if 0 would behave the same as null or conflict, when it doesn’t.
