Add a delay gate and and make the belt filter a bit more useful#5191

Add a simple delay gate, outputs its input after a delay, the delay could be fixed to one second or it could be adjustable but either way works. And I think the belt filter should send the shape to the side output if the input is a negative number. As of right now I just can’t do anything useful with the current wire system, everything ends up needing a delay gate.

it would really be nice to have a filter that is selectable for which is the pass side and the fail side ie … send “straight” if not matching and divert if matching
