Almost a bug, a shape cannot be found#5201

The entrances to the vortex platform is blocked by shape fields so that if you try to mine these shapes, all the entrances to the vortex are blocked to eevery shape except these particular shape fields that are touching the vortex platform. Also, from what I can tell, there’s one shape, that’s also blocking the vortex’s entrance, that’s found nowhere else in the galaxy of shape fields. It’s a 5-sided shape that looks like a square and triangle merging so that it resembles a house with a roof. If you put 4 of them together, they make an X.

After further research, I found that there’s only 4 useable shapes (circle, spike, rectangle, wedge) in the game & this particular shape is NOT one of the 4 useable shapes. It’s used at the very beginning of the game but so far I haven’t used it again. So, I guess my question is why is there a unique shape that the game doesn’t recognize & is used only once then never again?
