Shape Lowerer#5210

I think the shape lowerer would be useful for stacking two space belts in space. It’s like moving a shape down a layer or two in machine view, only that the shape lowerer moves a shape down a layer or two in space view.

@Payton Frye I don’t quite understand what you mean because at the present time if you press q or E you can make a belt shift up or down space levels same with trains and such just like the do in machine view on a platform
