Want: Option to remove the last two 0s from the Research Points#5214

I would like an option to remove the two 0s from all the numbers as they dont really matter. 46 and 4,600 are functionally the same in the game but 46 looks better to me, so an option in the Interface settings to remove the 00s would be nice.
