Add Wait Time Configuration Option & Visual Ticker#5261

I would like to be able to click on the Wait Stop and configure its minimum wait time in order to regulate trains on long runs. It would help to have a visual like the lights on the train engine going out line by line to indicate current wait time ticking down, too, to go with it.

Yes, I would also still like a way to have the “Stop” / “Semephore to be controld by a wire signal => that is to say there should be some sort of wire support for the trains … and the (stop / semephore /) with a like to the wire system which could also use a timer (though i have managed to use logic circuts to do that for me )

There should be a wire connecter on the input /output side of every platform group of “launchers” – this wire link should connect to a Train Loader/unloader and be available on every level – so that you can tell what shape is being loaded/unloaded => but that all goes back to my ideas about being able to unload the containers on to the platform and sort / mange them as a whole unit without taking all the shapes out of them [ as well as having some sort of container ship/rocket ]
