ROS Settings option for save file#5297

Quite a simple one (and sorry if its a duplicate) but I’d like it if as well as changing difficulty you were able to change features of the random operator shapes such as allow crystals, allow pins, allow exotics. Posting because at the moment in classic mode you can’t get exotics in random shapes and it would be nice to have the option to incorporate them without starting a new save.
