Quick Floor-to-Floor Move Shortcut with Auto-Belt Routing#5304

Moving an existing production setup to a different floor is currently a tedious, multi-step process. To relocate machines, players must:

1. Select the buildings.
2. Cut (or deconstruct) them.
3. Navigate to the target floor.
4. Paste (or rebuild) them.
5. Manually reconnect all conveyor belts.

Proposed Solution (Quality-of-Life Improvement)

Introduce a hotkey shortcut that allows players to instantly shift selected structures vertically between floors, automatically adapting their logistics connections.

Proposed User Flow:

1. Select the desired buildings.
2. Hold a modifier key (e.g., Ctrl or Shift).
3. Press the change-floor keys (default Q/E, or custom hotkeys) to nudge the selection up or down.

Expected Behavior:

• The selected buildings are instantly relocated to the chosen floor.
• Auto-reconnection: Conveyor belt connections are automatically adjusted to bridge the gap. For example, if a machine is moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, vertical belts (or lifts) are automatically generated to maintain the connection between the two floors.
