Preference for conveyers/tracks#5353

i think itd be sick if on conveyers and rails (mainly rails), you could set it so if you have 2 train tracks merging into one itll ALWAYS let one way go first if it has a train instead of letting it go 1 from left then 1 from right etc etc like normal (useful since i have about 14 trains on one rail and sometimes they get jammed because it lets them go 50/50 instead of waiting for one to be empty before letting the other one go)

for example here it keeps slowing down majorly because the ones on the track stop to let the red one past as it despawns, if i could make it so it preferred to not stop any going along the track i would never have traffic jams here again

(i dont know if photos actually work here but for reference its one red train depot merging onto a track with trains already running down, and jamming it due to the other trains stopping to let it through)
