Label for space view!#748

It wou8ld be nice to be able to place the label in space view so that i can quickly locate a certain factory

Totally agree, this is my number one problem right now!

You can place markers that show up on the right side. It would be nice if we could actually put our own visuals on the map.

Agreed - being able to see the labels large - like you can with the shapes and colors is very userul. Markers are great for jumping but you can’t see them in situ.

Agree - i keep getting lost looking for factories, having a label that can be seen in the space view would be super helpful.

Agree! Trying to find something from the dezoomed space view right now is pretty much impossible since there’s no label, no landmark indicator, no correct color on the pipes (every pipe is just green).
The only things you can rely on is the shape of your setups and the shape extraction sites icons.

In the meantime, you can write out letters and numbers with single platforms, such as T, X, M1, M2, etc.

This can be done with markers on the map already (improved in 0.9.0)
