Setting to disable Camera Smoothing#765

An optional setting to disable Camera Smoothing in Settings. camera.set-movement-smoothing defaults to 1 and can cause motion sickness. camera.set-movement-smoothing 0.1 seems to help a lot.

It would also be nice to be able to handle keyboard and mouse smoothing separately! I want my mouse movement to be instant, as if I’m using Blender or some other 3D software for precise movement, but keyboard movement can be nice to have smooth to travel long distances quickly.
