Allow creating folders during blueprint creation#815

Perhaps you can make it so you can create new folders directly in the UI for saving blueprints. As well as a button to open the blue print folder on disk in the OS file explorer.

This would be hugely QoL :)

EDIT:

I realized there exists a true blueprint menu with B, which has exactly those features. Nontheless, on the save-menu for blueprints, it might not be a bad idea to add this too. unless you think it gets too cluttered that way.
