Improve Belt Intersection Decisions Near Machines#916

In Shapez 1 it handled a belt going along a series of machines a bit better because shapes didnt clip into each other (possibly). But in Shapez 2 you can get 2 shapes backed up on a single belt length to a machine causing a significant slowdown in throughput of this sort of design.

See attached image, the two sets of waiting circles really should have been moved on to the next two available spots and I don’t believe I should have to cram the prior belt to achieve that.

Not to mention sometimes circles will just continue all the way to the 7th instead of taking one of the earlier open spots (see second picture of a circle passing machine 4 and 5 to go for machine 6) making the overall handling of this design feel inconsistent.

iirc it works the same as in s1, it’s just that it used to be a black box so you wouldn’t see that there would be a shape waiting inside the splitter, also if you use the correct amount of buildings you will get full belts
