Follow trains with camera#952

A way to select a train and have the camera follow it.

Useful to be able to see what shapes a train is transporting, as it is hard to make the camera match the train’s speed.

May contain an option to rotate the camera relative to the train’s view. If the train turns left 90 degrees, the camera does aswell.

for funsies: add option for follow train in tilted 3rd or 1st person perspective

My suggestion to this feature - click on a Train Stop, and have a hotkey to follow the next (or current) train to visit that stop.
