QoL: add wire and pipe junctions for other axes#3596

So many times I would like to “Tee” a wire or pipe up or down without having to jog sideways, or to be able to Tee off the side of a wire or pipe passing through the 2nd layer.

Looks like a dupe of #1148, so let me just add that in addition to “Tees” in the front and right planes, 4-way junctions would also be very welcome.
