Optimization of wires and pipes#4878

I believe that wires and pipes should allow horizontal connections at vertical junctions, or at least be included as a technology upgrade or game rule in the game. The transmission logic of fluids/signals differs significantly from that of shapes, making it unreasonable to prohibit horizontal connections for pipes and wires in a vertical configuration, like a conveyor belt.
